Job Summary
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join their team. As an Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for developing building plans and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software and traditional architectural methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop building plans and designs using CAD software and traditional architectural methods.
- Examine space and site requirements to ensure effective use of resources.
- Review technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Negotiate effective technological solutions with investors and stakeholders.
- Prepare budgets and estimate material costs to ensure project feasibility.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
- Have proficiency with Revit software.
- Have experience working across all RIBA stages (desirable).
- Have reliable transport links to Birmingham.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of UK working experience.
