About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Supervisor to join our team at Ethypharm. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for leading a team of QC Analysts and ensuring the release of high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide line management and supervision for the QC Analysts
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and knowledge
  • Drive continuous improvement of laboratory Health and Safety compliance and ensure adherence to GMP and Data Integrity principles
  • Manage testing workload and delegate tasks to the team
  • Mentor and support team members in analytical techniques and quality processes
  • Optimize service operations for consistent achievement of on-time analysis and high-quality delivery
  • Support the team in completing actions associated with CAPA, Deviations, and Change Control
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working to GMP and GLP standards within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Minimum of 2 years experience leading a team
  • Experience with analytical techniques such as GC, IR, UV-VIS, HPLC/Chromatography, and Pharmacopoeia methodologies
  • Understanding of Root Cause Analysis tools and techniques
  • BSc Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent
