About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisory Manager to join our Pro-Tax team in London. As a key member of our professional practices team, you will provide technical advice on a wide range of tax projects, including international expansion, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions.

With a strong focus on building long-lasting relationships with our clients, you will have the opportunity to work with top UK headquartered and US inbound law firms, as well as other professional practices. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients navigate complex tax issues and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice on tax projects, including international expansion, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including top UK headquartered and US inbound law firms
  • Work closely with our Global Employer Services, VAT, Tax Depreciation, and Transfer Pricing practices to deliver comprehensive tax solutions
  • Manage year-end tax processes for large clients, providing valuable insight into their operations
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives
Requirements
  • ACA, ATT, CTA, or equivalent qualifications
  • UK corporate or personal tax experience gained within a practice firm, a legal firm, or industry
  • Experience working with professional practice partnerships or private businesses, with a strong interest in advising professional practice clients
  • Strong technical skills across a broad range of corporate and individual tax areas
  • Experience owning a portfolio of clients and forming and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Strong people and leadership skills, with experience developing others
  • Commercial awareness and a desire to understand clients' businesses
