Exciting Opportunity for an EYFS Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced EYFS Teacher who can create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of learning in our students. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood education and be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of our diverse student body.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons that meet the needs of our students
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers
  • Use creative and play-based teaching methods to inspire a love of learning in our students
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Early Years education
  • A passion for early childhood development and a commitment to fostering a positive learning experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to inspire and engage young children through creative and playful teaching approaches
  • A caring and nurturing personality
