Job Title: Quality Inspector

At SAM Aerospace (NI) Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret quality drawings and instructions to understand product requirements.
  • Approve or reject products based on quality standards and record supplier performance.
  • Select output samples and conduct inspections using various methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection, information, and metrics.
  • Inspect production procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with operating and safety standards.
  • Monitor equipment usage to ensure safety and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a quality inspector or relevant role.
  • Attention to detail and results-driven approach.
  • Responsibility and trustworthiness.
  • Familiarity with quality drawings and systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
  • Competence with MS Office.
Desirable Criteria:
  • Certification in quality control (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.).
  • CMM knowledge.
  • Experience with Catia and MRP systems.
Working Hours:

39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (07:00 - 16:00), Friday (07:00 - 12:00).
