We are currently working with a major 30 accountancy group who are looking to appoint a new VAT Associate Director for their growing team. The role requires an influential leader and VAT expert who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and who can deliver for the business and for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Hold responsibility for a portfolio of client relationships to ensure and manage the best possible value, advice, and quality.
- VAT Expertise: Provide industry-leading VAT insights, solutions, and advice to build the firm's reputation and client base.
- Business Development: Promote the products, services, and image of the firm in order to generate new business opportunities and enhance the reputation of the firm.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team who deliver a great service to clients and meet their objectives.
- Culture Development: Create a high-performing culture where people live the vision, mission, and values and take action to improve if not.
About the Role:
You'll work on clients both nationally and locally and be excited about playing a real part of the firm's ongoing success. You'll need to have UK VAT consulting experience and be excited about building out this practice.
