Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert planning advice and guidance to clients on a range of planning projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.

  • Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure their professional development and growth.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's planning and development strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality planning projects and services.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in planning and development, including MRICS or MRTPI.
