Duty Manager

At SSP Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- At least 6 months experience working as a supervisor in a hospitality or retail role.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and customer service principles.
