Senior Marketing Effectiveness Analyst

At Harnham, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Effectiveness Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine customer behavior and assess the effectiveness of marketing channels to create actionable insights that boost marketing growth and optimize efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to shape and challenge decisions using data-backed suggestions while evaluating marketing channel outcomes and uncovering new possibilities.
  • Perform detailed analysis of changes in performance, offering insights focused on commercial impact.
  • Evaluate the effects of new marketing efforts through methods such as incrementality testing or similar experimental approaches when necessary.
  • Enable and educate Marketing team members on the use of dashboards to promote increased self-service usage.
  • Contribute to the broader Analytics and Data Science teams within the organization through knowledge exchanges and collaborative learning.
Requirements:
  • Experience in using SQL (Python is also a bonus but not necessary)
  • Extensive knowledge of digital paid marketing channels such as Google, Meta, Amazon, Display, Youtube etc
  • Experience in measuring the impact of marketing investments through at least one methodology (Attribution, Incrementality, Casual Impact, Marketing Mix Modelling) Incrementality is very much desired
