We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Lab Technician to join our team at Imperial Workforce.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with our technical team to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare products for packaging and maintain raw ingredient stocks
- Perform analytical testing of tankers and bulk liquid materials
- Ensure packaging lines are serviced with products as required
- Conduct fill height checks on bottling lines and analytical testing of in-process products
- Perform microbiological testing of finished products and prepare microbiological samples
- Calibrate laboratory and factory equipment on a daily basis
- Conduct in-process packaging checks and random torque and CO2 checks throughout the shift
- Record and document all activities accurately and legibly
- Collaborate with the technical team to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Highly organized with good prioritization skills and IT literacy
- QA or technical experience within a factory environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to be flexible
We offer a competitive salary of £15.43 per hour and a supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.
