Role Objectives
The primary aim of the Senior Pastry Cook position is to support the preparation and presentation of culinary offerings for guests and staff, under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef and Sous Chef.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef and Sous Chef during service to ensure timely execution and quality of all dishes.
- Communicate effectively with the Head Pastry Chef regarding potential enhancements or challenges within your section.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to ongoing changes, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and company standards.
- Ensure the use of specified ingredients as directed by the Head Pastry Chef to uphold quality at all times.
