About Our Organization
Founded in 1987 by a dedicated group of foster parents, we are proud to be the UK's first independent foster care agency. With over 30 years of experience, we continue to provide exceptional support for looked after children.
Our founders recognized the need for specialized assistance for children who have faced challenging beginnings. From the outset, we have prioritized the child's needs, surrounding them with a comprehensive range of support services. This is encapsulated in our Integrated Service Programme (ISP).
As our support network has expanded, we now include a diverse array of professionals, including social workers, educational advisors, teachers, and therapists. Together, we collaborate with foster parents and the children in their care, addressing even the most complex situations through a therapeutic approach to fostering.
