Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and caring Activities Coordinator to join our team at Hartford Care. As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and psychological well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and engaging activity program
- Provide support and guidance to residents to enable them to participate in activities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- No previous experience is required as we provide full training
- Ability to work flexibly and be part of a dedicated team
- Desire to work in a caring and compassionate environment
