Bridgman, a renowned furniture brand, is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join its team. With a 46-year tradition of British design excellence, Bridgman is expanding its presence in homes and surroundings throughout the year.
The ideal candidate will have similar experience working as a creative, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and support the marketing team with design projects from start to finish, adhering to the brand's guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently take on graphic design projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion.
- Work on both print and digital assets, including commercial and retail projects.
- Manage and organize a wide range of brand assets.
- Stay proactive and ahead of graphic design trends.
- Have an excellent understanding of printing processes and specifications.
- Communicate new design perspectives and ideas to the marketing team, working collaboratively with the Brand Manager.
- Play a key role in photoshoots, commercial, and retail projects.
- Keep up-to-date with trends and collaborate on key projects in the business, both on the retail and commercial side.
- Utilize video editing and illustration skills, including Premiere and After Effects.
- Ensure all work aligns with Bridgman's tone of voice and brand identity.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proven track record in delivering innovative graphic design.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
