Job Title: Graduate Conference Producer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Conference Producer to join our team at Infopro Digital. As a Graduate Conference Producer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our conferences, roundtables, and private events, ranging from 10 to 700+ attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team to deliver high-quality conferences and events
  • Produce relevant and accurate content through research and discussion with senior financial services practitioners
  • Manage and maintain our website to ensure agendas, content, and speakers are up-to-date
  • Acquire senior Managing Director level speakers and contributors through research and existing networks
  • Work collaboratively with other functions to provide updates on production status

Requirements:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and editing skills
  • Analytical and report writing skills of a high calibre
  • Ability to motivate, coordinate, and ensure proper time management
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Planning and problem-solving skills
  • An understanding and interest in Financial Services
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills and confidence to provide new ideas
  • Flexibility and adaptability

Additional Skills:

  • Experience or qualifications in production
