Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPC Executive / Strategist to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a key member of our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for our clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of client PPC accounts, managing account strategy, optimisations, test schedules, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Plan, build, and activate best-in-class PPC campaigns that align with clients' wider paid media strategies.
- Work towards specific ROI objectives for each client, maintaining awareness of their overall commercial goals.
- Monitor budgets and performance across client portfolios, collating activity and performance reports for internal and client stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, calls, and meetings.
- Manage task lists with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a dedicated PPC role, with high proficiency in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience using Google Ads Editor to build and optimize campaigns, with a strong commercial awareness and understanding of paid media integration into broader marketing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with the Google ecosystem, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and attention to detail.

About You:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPC, with experience in managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns. They will be highly skilled in using Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4, with a strong commercial awareness and understanding of paid media integration into broader marketing strategies.
