POSITION OVERVIEW:We are in search of a committed and service-oriented professional to fill the role of Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager. This position entails overseeing a team of engineering technicians to maintain safety protocols, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure the operational readiness of equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Guide, support, and mentor the engineering team to operate safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with the team and network to devise technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and implement comprehensive safety initiatives.
- Promote preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment uptime.
- Facilitate training programs for technical proficiency and project support.
- Engage in hands-on management of daily operational activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience in supervising practical engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Proficient in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.

- Competency in computer applications, including MS Office and CAD software.
- Extensive knowledge of engineering equipment and facility operations.
- Experience with PLC systems and project management methodologies.
- Understanding of CMMS systems and Continuous Improvement Processes.
