Role Responsibilities
Reporting to the Camp Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting engaging and inclusive sessions for groups of children aged 5-17.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.
- Supervising children during breaks and activities, including swimming sessions.
- Maintaining a safe environment by overseeing the proper use of equipment.
- Documenting any incidents promptly and accurately.
Qualifications
- Availability during weekdays, from morning until late afternoon, throughout school holidays.
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children aged 5-17.
- At least 3 months experience in coaching sports or leading active games.
- Energetic, resilient, and a strong team player.
- Flexible and adaptable to various situations.
- Possession of a Level 2 or higher qualification in Teaching, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education.
- Paediatric First Aid certification (training opportunities available).
