About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at AAK International. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our equipment and systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct detailed analyses, implement preventive measures, and support the maintenance team in identifying and resolving potential reliability issues before they impact production.

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our production, engineering, and planning teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the completion of the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plan.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve potential reliability issues.
  • Develop and use key metrics to measure the reliability performance of our assets.
  • Coordinate with engineering to identify correct spares and communicate with stores/procurement.
  • Assist with engineering root cause analysis to identify future plans and develop the maintenance plan for our assets.
About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional with a strong background in maintenance. You will ideally have an understanding of reliability practices and a passion for ensuring equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your experience in performing maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on various industrial equipment will be essential in this role. You will also need to have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
