We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, and mental health challenges to gain independence in their daily lives.
• Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service, including allocating shifts, booking training, and inducting new colleagues.
• Support individuals with managing their finances and ensuring they receive the necessary support to meet their goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, and mental health challenges.
