Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for producing estimates and pricing for construction projects, working closely with project directors, interior designers, and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce estimates and pricing for construction projects based on technical drawings and specified construction products
  • Work closely with project directors, interior designers, and architects to ensure accurate estimates and pricing
  • Manage your own projects from enquiry through to completion, supported by the project director

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Construction Estimator or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and extract relevant information
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
