Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Network Administrator to provide technical support and manage escalation to central teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to ensure smooth operation of IT systems
  • Manage issues flagged by monitoring software and perform system administration tasks
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide strong technical solutions to problems quickly
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage the change process and keep all parties informed
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in modern desktop environments
  • Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience in an MSP/IT environment

  • Troubleshooting and supporting modern desktop environments
  • Understanding of computer and server components, networks, and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and diligently
