About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Apprentice to join our team at Pub & Dining. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu, making recommendations to customers and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Greet and serve customers, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and efficient.
  • Assist the bar team in preparing drinks to the highest standards, meeting customer expectations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Ensure that the front of house area is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.

Apprenticeship Details
  • A mixture of face-to-face and Skype/phone catch-ups every 6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress.
  • A combination of on-the-job and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars.
  • Regular reviews with your Line Manager and Apprenticeship Trainer every 12 weeks.
  • The opportunity to gain Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSEs).
  • A Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Qualification upon completion of the 15-month programme.
