Senior Account Manager Opportunity

SF Recruitment is partnering with a leading client in central Birmingham to find a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive team in an organization with a fantastic culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a professional point of entry for stakeholders, showcasing expertise and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives in the private and public sectors, leveraging experience in key West Midlands sectors.
  • Collaborate with public sector stakeholders, including Local Authority and Department of Business & Trade teams, to support managed accounts.
  • Develop and deliver intelligence-led account management plans, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of client engagements.
  • Utilize the CRM system effectively to evaluate activity, share insights, and record engagement, interactions, meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a joined-up approach to SRM firms, referring to Sector Specialist/ Business Development Managers as needed.
  • Engage with key industry associations and trade bodies, promoting the benefits of the SRM offer to businesses in the West Midlands.
  • Represent the organization professionally at events, raising the profile of the organization and the region.
  • Take a senior role in the SRM team, working closely with the Head of SRM to deliver leadership and management aspects of delivery.
