About the Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing planning projects within the company. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting initial site appraisals and evaluations.
- Preparing comprehensive written reports and statements.
- Submitting all necessary planning application documentation.
- Engaging with Planning Officers and relevant stakeholders throughout the application process.
- Participating in Planning Committee meetings and appeals as required.
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Town Planner with a proven track record in either the private or public sector. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional planning experience, ideally more.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and a collaborative team-player attitude.
- A genuine interest in the entire land and planning process.
- A full UK driving licence.
