Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop appropriate audit plans to identify areas for improvement.
- Review and evaluate internal controls, providing recommendations for enhancement.
- Ensure that clients receive exceptional service, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop integrated and comprehensive solutions for clients.
- Professional certification such as ACA/ACCA.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in auditing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality audit services.
