Gerald Eve LLP is a leading firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants, offering a wide range of services to clients across the UK. We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Commercial Graduate Programme as an Assistant Surveyor.
About the Programme:
The Commercial Graduate Programme is a two-year development programme designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the property industry. As a Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience in a variety of specialisms, including property development, real estate advisory, and valuation. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and competencies, and will have the opportunity to work on real projects and meet clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the completion of the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC)
- Gain experience in a wide range of specialisms, including property development, real estate advisory, and valuation
- Work closely with experienced professionals to develop skills and competencies
- Contribute to the delivery of projects and services to clients
About You:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual who is passionate about property and the built environment. You should have a strong academic record, excellent communication and technology skills, and a drive for excellent client service. You should also be able to demonstrate a passion for property and the built environment, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills and competencies.

Working Hours:
The Firm's core hours are from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and you may choose to start and end your day around these hours, provided you still do your 7.25 hours per day (e.g. 8.00 am – 4.30pm, 10.00 am – 6.30 pm). This position also involves out of hours working on an 'as necessary' basis.
