About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading by example, driving high standards, and creating unforgettable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of shifts, supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maximize sales by leveraging team members' strengths
- Train and accredit new Baristas
- Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, sharing knowledge with the team
- Drive high standards in quality and customer satisfaction
