Job Title: Multi-Skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Bay Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our production machinery operates at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all levels of breakdowns and implement planned maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Manage both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation of our production lines.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Strong Electrical Engineering background in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
