Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum, adapting your teaching to meet the needs of all students.
  • Support the academic, social, and emotional development of all students, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other staff to meet the needs of pupils with SEND or other additional needs.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour management in the classroom, using positive reinforcement strategies to promote a safe and respectful learning environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) with QTS.
  • Successful completion of your teacher training and readiness to embark on your ECT induction.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
