Commercial Finance Planning Manager

The Commercial Finance Planning Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the business to achieve its strategic objectives. This involves delivering service targets, improving productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans that focus on productivity, efficiency, and innovation, providing input into the planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
- Deliver planning and scenario modelling to enable management to understand the current relationship between inputs and outputs.
- Provide insights into opportunities to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct analysis to demonstrate the current relationship between performance and financials, working with management to improve business performance.
- Develop specific reporting, including activity-based reporting and productivity reporting.
This role requires a qualified accountant with experience in budgetary control and financial management, ideally from a commercial accounting or FP&A background. The successful candidate will be immediately available or on short notice and able to commit to the 6-month contract.
