Financial Leadership Opportunity in a PE Backed Energy Business

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to join our fast-growing energy business with ambitious expansion plans. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations for our UK division, while building a collaborative relationship with our Group business.

Key Responsibilities:

As the new Financial Director, you will:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth trajectory
  • Provide accurate, commercial analysis to inform business decisions
  • Lead the finance function in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding business
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive financial performance and contribute to business improvement

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified finance professional
  • Experience: Proven experience in finance within a similar asset-heavy, fast-paced, PE backed industry (energy, infrastructure, facilities, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Technical Skills: Strong financial acumen and hands-on experience in establishing financial operations
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic Thinking: Commercially savvy with the capability to deliver actionable insights for business improvement
  • Adaptability: Willing to take on diverse responsibilities and adapt to evolving business needs

What's On Offer:
