Triton Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Hair Stylist or Senior Hair Stylist to join their team in the Derbyshire area.

We are looking for a qualified Hair Stylist with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a talent for creating stunning hairstyles. As a Hair Stylist or Senior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hairdressing services to clients, working closely with the salon team to achieve excellent results.

• Provide hairdressing services to clients, including hair colouring, balayage, and highlights.
• Style men's and children's hair, as well as create bridal hairstyles and up-dos.
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve excellent results and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest hairdressing trends and techniques.

• Level 2 qualification in hairdressing (Level 3 is preferred but not essential).
• At least 3 years of experience in the hairdressing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and varying hours.
• Knowledge of hair colouring, balayage, and highlights.
• Experience with mens and childrens styling (not essential but desirable).
