Requirements:

  • CIPD Qualification: Possess a CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
  • HR Experience: Have previous experience in HR management, preferably in a public sector organisation.
  • UK Employment Law: Have a strong knowledge of UK employment law and its application in the workplace.

Benefits:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
  • Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum.
  • Holidays: 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.
