Job Title: AWS Site Reliability Engineer

JLL is seeking a highly skilled AWS Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement monitoring solutions to track the health and performance of our systems using Datadog.
  • Instrument new devices and applications onto Datadog to ensure seamless monitoring.
  • Develop and configure dashboards to observe the health of our infrastructure and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement automation tools and frameworks to streamline operational tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents to minimize their impact and identify ways to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as an Observability/Site Reliability Engineer supporting Network, Infrastructure, and applications.
  • Previous experience supporting Datadog as a monitoring tool within the areas of Application Performance Monitoring, Synthetic API and Browser Monitoring, Network Device and Performance Monitoring, and Infrastructure Monitoring.
  • Experience developing Ansible scripts to support automation and previous experience supporting and administrating an AIOps platform.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes.
