Position Summary:

Scope of Work:
  • The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in electro-mechanical maintenance or service engineering, particularly with injection moulding equipment.
  • This role is well-suited for seasoned Field Service Technicians or Maintenance Professionals eager to make a transition. All applicants must demonstrate electro-mechanical proficiency along with a solid grasp of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the service, installation, initiation, commissioning, and training of injection moulding machines, automation systems, and associated equipment for clients across the UK and Ireland.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales support to our clientele.
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, compile reports, engage in meetings, and advocate for company products and technologies.
  • Willingness to travel during the week; a company vehicle will be provided, along with a comprehensive training phase.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience and technical knowledge of injection moulding machinery is essential.
  • Candidates should be apprentice-trained or possess an equivalent qualification.
  • Mandatory certification in 17th or 18th Edition electrical regulations.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting, along with excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and flexibility for travel.
