About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team at TDM Recruitment. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring land in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct viability and feasibility assessments on potential land opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to add real value to the wider area through thoughtful and considered projects
  • Work closely with the senior land team to identify and acquire land for development
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in property development or a related field
  • Degree-qualified in a property-related field (ideally)
  • Strong understanding of the property development process and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
