We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Disability Assessor. As a Disability Assessor, you will play a crucial role in assessing individuals with physical and/or mental health conditions and determining their eligibility for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough, holistic assessments with individuals to understand the impact of their disabilities on their daily lives.
- Interpret medical evidence and gather findings to support decision-making by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
- Work autonomously, using your clinical expertise to make informed decisions.
- NMC or HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
- At least 1 year of post-registration experience in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use IT systems effectively.
- A comprehensive training program to ensure you feel confident and equipped for your new role.
- Over 100 hours of CPD points within your first 3 months.
- A competitive salary of £37,800 per year.
