Job Summary

Pied-De-Poule is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for providing first-line management to a small team of prison-based tutors, including resource planning and day-to-day operational management of provision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of tutors to ensure retention, achievement, success, and attendance rates meet contractual and internal targets.
  • Support and manage a culture of continuous improvement in quality of education and learner experience, including coaching and supervision for tutors.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date data and information to the management team.

Collaboration and Development

  • Work closely with the B2B Employer Engagement team to facilitate employer contact and contribution to courses.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and standard operating models to achieve contractual, compliance, and quality targets.
  • Contribute to quality management of provision, including self-assessment and quality improvement planning.

Qualification and Skill Requirements

  • Teaching qualification at L3 or above.
  • Experience of operational management in an education or training setting.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and flexible.
  • Leadership and Management qualification, ideally L5 or above.
  • Experience of quality management or development of tutors or provision.
  • Experience of curriculum development in Ofsted-aligned provision.
