Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Use online systems to schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and team members.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Receive and distribute mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
