Sysco GB is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security & Compliance Manager to join our Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery and ongoing compliance to Sysco's Global Cyber Security Strategy locally within Sysco GB.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the implementation of Sysco's Global Cyber Security Strategy, ensuring alignment with global standards and policies.
- Collaborate with the Technology team and leaders across the global Sysco landscape to ensure the successful deployment of new Cyber technologies and regular project status reporting.
- Manage a team of resources to maintain compliance with existing standards and deliver new Cyber Security initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and report on compliance with security and information data protection policies, as well as the enforcement of policies.
- Lead on compliance reviews, certifications, and accreditations.
- Extensive background in Cyber Security and Infrastructure, working towards CISSP, CSSP, CISM, Cybersecurity, or similar certifications.
- Previous management experience, including coaching, mentoring, and direct people management.
- Strong communication skills necessary to engage with Senior stakeholders across the business.
- Experience of delivering complex technical projects in a fast-paced/time-critical environment using Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
- ITIL Service Management experience would be advantageous.
