Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our team in London, responsible for driving strategic transformation and growth across our wealth management and professional services business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business architecture solutions, working closely with stakeholders to identify and develop value propositions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business architecture solutions to drive strategic transformation and growth
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and develop value propositions that drive business growth and innovation
  • Apply data and systems thinking to drive business improvement and efficiency
  • Enable growth and cost-saving opportunities through client and proposition segmentation
  • Help define front-to-back performance goals and metrics for proposed designs and solutions
  • Develop and maintain a repository of business architecture design collateral, including blueprints and patterns
  • Lead and facilitate design authority forums and ensure client and colleague needs are met
  • Provide thought leadership and oversight to business analysts and service designers

Qualifications and Experience
