German Speaking Technical Sales Professional

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Technical Sales Professional to join our team at French Selection. As a Technical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in a designated region, achieving and exceeding targets set by the management team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support, sell, and market the company's products and services
* Identify new sales opportunities and develop action plans to support business growth
* Analyze and propose solutions for client business needs
* Achieve sales targets set by the management team
* Ensure weekly reports are created demonstrating targets and action plans
* Liaise with internal departments to provide support as needed
* Ensure compliance is adhered to according to company specifications
* Lead customer reviews, raising issues and opportunities

**Requirements:**

* Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
* Minimum 5 years' experience working within a technical field required
* Ability to read, understand, and create technical reports and data
* Excellent communication skills with great presentation skills
* Dynamic, confident, and proactive
* Ability to travel as this is an essential part of the role
