About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Ambitek Limited. As a key member of our manufacturing unit in Trafford Park, you will be responsible for providing breakdown cover, assisting fitters with mechanical breakdowns, and identifying improvements to processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mechanical breakdown cover and assist fitters with repair work
  • Identify and lead improvements to processes
  • Carry out preventative maintenance work in line with PPM schedules
  • Fault identification and maintenance of plant and equipment
Requirements
  • Strong fault finding ability and time served in a heavy industrial environment
  • BTEC HNC Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Ability to work shifts and additional hours when required
