We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equine Veterinary Specialist to join our team at CVS Group Plc.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior equine veterinarian to join our team of experienced professionals. As an Equine Veterinary Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our equine clients, working closely with our team of ambulatory vets and other support staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing expert clinical care to equine clients, including diagnostic and treatment planning
  • Working closely with our team of ambulatory vets to provide a high level of clinical care
  • Developing and maintaining a varied caseload, including complex and challenging cases
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in equine veterinary medicine
  • Contributing to the development of our team's clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • RCVS registration or eligibility to register
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in equine veterinary practice
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in equine medicine and surgery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
