A prominent M&E contractor, renowned for its expertise in residential, student housing, and hospitality projects throughout the UK, is in search of a Senior Mechanical Operations Supervisor to manage a residential shell & core initiative.

This organization has established itself as a key player in the building services sector and ranks among the largest independent contractors in the industry.

As part of a substantial project team, you will receive ample support both upstream and downstream, a hallmark of the company’s commitment to its workforce.

They provide both freelance opportunities through CIS and permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate the efforts of various subcontractors, foremen, and chargehands
  • Set and modify work schedules to align with the project's construction timeline
  • Assume responsibility for health and safety protocols on-site, leading by example
  • Identify necessary materials and equipment
  • Ensure construction adheres to plans and specifications
  • Conduct quality control inspections on-site
  • Facilitate proper coordination of contractor activities
  • Lead toolbox talks and inductions
