We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scientist to join our Antibody Engineering team within the Molecular Design and Engineering (MDE) group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative antibody-based therapeutics using cutting-edge data and automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop novel antibody-based therapeutics using predictive models and sequence analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with early-stage biologics.
  • Develop and implement innovative engineering strategies to create evolutionarily plausible variants with strong developability profiles.
  • Cloning, sequencing, and upscaling of plasmids for expression.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in protein/antibody modeling and interpretation of structure data.
  • Experience in developing scripts and applications to automate data analysis.
  • Basic skills in molecular biology, protein design, and engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Established experience in antibody discovery and/or design.
  • Basic experience or knowledge about bispecifics and other advanced antibody formats.
