Remote Project Manager / Surveyor (MRICS or MAPM)

We are seeking an experienced surveyor/project manager to join our team at Technical Moves, a remote-first building surveying practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, from large-scale planned maintenance programs to smaller refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead on cladding remediation projects for major developers, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
  • Work independently from home, with the flexibility to manage your workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
