We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our hotel bar team and drive sales and profitability. As a key player in our establishment, you will be responsible for planning, sourcing, and designing drinks lists to complement our menus, incorporating seasonality and maximizing sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation of our cocktail bar, ensuring excellent customer service and a high-quality experience for every guest.
  • Lead and support a team of bar staff and day porters, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Work closely with departments to ensure adequate staffing for bars and identify training needs for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and control bar stocks, ensuring appropriate inventory levels and profitability.
  • Conduct regular checks on bar areas and cleanliness to maintain high standards.
