About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team at Sodexo, a leading provider of food and facilities management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the health, safety and environmental strategy for our clients, ensuring compliance with global safety standards and UK legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety and environmental procedures
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum of NVQ level 4 qualification in Health and Safety
  • Membership of IOSH (Chartered or working towards)
  • HACCP / Food Safety
  • Proven experience in health, safety and environmental management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
